12 Gate of Restraint （個體人）

閘門

12是個體的閘門，個體人以顯化的憂慮壓力作為動力，以待正確的時機來時，才能帶給他人力量，12像在說，如果我心情好我就願意試，如果心情不好就退縮，「透過發展克制的能力，並以反思與不行動來面對生命中的誘惑」，並在這當中學習情緒的本質，因為12表達的壓力來自於情緒的高低，而12個體人的分享，在更高的層面上是為了給予他人力量，所以當表達時機不佳就會有阻抗。

誘惑可以從環境而來，也可以單純指的是情緒的本質，情緒波的高低與環境交互後，於內在感受到的誘惑，是一種想要顯化或不想顯化的誘惑，當時機對時，我的分享就能帶給他人力量。

this is about the monk, this is about being isolated. It is one of the three gates of aloneness and is about waiting and being contemplative. It is about restraint until one is in the mood. Then it is the right time. Withdrawal that can only be maintained with communal support.

所以在成長過程中，學習獨處反思，覺察情緒的起伏就會是學習歷程之一，這也是個體人通道之一，克制是英文 Restraint 但 Ra 的意思是對學情緒的學習，用比較 newage 的說法是單純的覺察情緒，在不對的時機學會 inaction, 而上段 Withdrawal that can only be maintained with communal support. 指的是，當情緒不佳時，不是 social 的時機 (所以Withdrawal)，但它需要你找到自己的 comunity，這個 community 能夠允許你在不想表達時能回到自己的空間裡面，而不是錯解你的狀態從此不再找你，所以 Withdrawal that can only be maintained with communal support 是這個閘門二元性中比較佳的運作方式，

It is a knowing gate and every time that it makes a social contact, it has to be able to explain itself. If you are away from the social power of the Solarplex center you never have to explain yourself. That can be very peaceful. During that time one can go through that process and allow the time for mutation to take place, and wait for that moment of mood, so that it can be externalized.

表達是以情緒能量作為推力，所以需要在情緒佳時作為表達的時機，不在時機下你無法表達自己真正想說的，所以當時機不到就獨處，反思，直到有真正的東西能夠帶給他人力量，所以這個閘門的 foundation 叫 Monk，學習獨處，反思與情緒波動相處.

This is the intrinsic lesson of the 12. By the way, you will not be in the mood unless you have a mutation to bring. That is true as well. Mutation for an individual, at its simplest level, is the moment that you can explain an aspect of your knowing. The moment that you can do so, that has a mutative value.

The moment that you can explain your knowing and if you are in the mood, that is your opportunity to mutate others and bring them to a new knowing. That is part of how the process works. If somebody has the detriment of the 12.1 in an undefined Throat, they may have extreme difficulty in being able to speak. This is a gate of articulation and the 12.1 people with the detriment in an undefined Throat can even be mute, or they go through long periods in their life where they do not speak.

最佳時機指的是，當你能夠有好的情緒好的表達，也能夠將內在的力量帶給他人時，就是好的時機，它涉及了當下的情緒，反思獨處時所帶出的力量能不能找到好的表達，這二者加起來…

南北交所吸引的環境

The quality of restraint and importance of meditation and inaction inconfronting templation

單純從南北交吸引的環境來說，在這個環境中你會看到很多人因為無法克制自身邊的誘惑，反思不足而做出太過燥進的行為，也會看到身邊有許多這樣的誘惑，使得自己在情緒不佳時做出錯誤的表達，或與不對的人分享，或是自己因為反思不足沒有足夠的沉澱而做出錯誤的表達，在這個環境裡你會被環境中的誘惑包圍，直到學會面對誘惑的克制與反思，克制誘惑真正的意思請參考閘門的描述，它會跟情緒的本質有關係。

透過誘惑作為一種動力，好讓我們能夠從情緒的本質中學習，學習情緒本質的不穩定，以找到 individual 帶給他人力量的顯化時機，而在這個環境中所發生的事件與人事物，就是我們的素材。南北交跟閘門不同的地方在於，南北交吸引的是情境，重複出現會讓我們距焦的情境，而我們從這個情境中學習。

11 Gate of Peace-Ideas

11 透過距焦於內視覺記憶，試圖由其中理出頭緒而產生各種的想法，評估各種行動信念，this is a channel of Seeker / Searcher，Idea 之所以有價值來自於，從他者的視角是有價值的，所以Idea一定有價值，價值一直都在，只是能不能找到視之為價值的人，所以 11 的Idea 是以分享作為顯化的方式，而不是來源於自行推動自己的 Idea， 想把自己的 Idea 顯化，如果是這樣會碰到很多的挫折。 由於11 直接連到喉嚨，處於一個能夠直接顯化的位置，所以它的壓力也會來自於，能不能找到可以分享價值的人，好讓自己的 Idea/價值 可以傳播出去。

Moon exalted, The nourishment derived from being with those who share the same goals and aspirations.

One of the great concerns of all first lines is whether or not their nature is going to be accepted by the other. Idea people are very concerned about whether anybody is going to have anything to do with their ideas, which is why idea people can be so fervent.

The beginning of a belief systems lies here in this gate in this line. In the white book, The gift of finding those who will value your ideas, is the whole thing about idea people.

南北交所吸引的環境

11 透過距焦於內視覺記憶，試圖由其中理出頭緒而產生各種的想法，評估各種行動信念，所以它在二元性的另一端是 12 Templation, 能夠不要被內視覺牽著走而能從中理出頭緒，從射手原型來說，射手到處吃草最後忘了自己要去哪裡，這就是被內視覺牽著走，所以他的底需要雙子的 temptation.

所以當 11 來到了南北交所吸引的情境，就變成了 Action

Temptation and action, temptation and action, temptation and constant action without necessarily the assessment, without that either being a quality of the society or the individual, and you see it all around you.

所以 Templation / Action 二個放在一起會是什麼，我覺得像是在說什麼是正確的時機，克制為了找出不正確的時機，Action 是為了別人而行動，而把自己的理念分享出去，這我沒有一定的答案，可以放到占星裡面去看。

夢想馴化

在中國的易經中，9th 風天小畜卦有一個相當神秘的名子，通常譯作「瑣事馴服力」（Taming Power of the Small）。如果你對易經很熟，可能會想起另一個卦門 —— 26th 「大畜卦」，其被譯作「自我馴服力」（Taming Power of the Great）（譯註：大畜卦 Siddhi狀態下，Great指的是人與大宇宙的關係，而在Shadow狀態時指的是自我漲大成意志，濫用以為是意志的自我），很明顯的，這二個Genekeys在原型上有很強烈的關聯。而在基因上他們是同一個基因化學家族，共享著「蘇氨酸」的化學連結，這部份我們稍後會提到。中國古字所組成的名詞中，通常都包含了多層訊息。以風天小畜卦的陰暗層來說，Taming Power of Small ( 註：馴服小事，馴服瑣事或細節)，涉及到人們傾向沉浸於非必要的瑣事中。大多數人均勉強渡日，而成為了生活瑣事及細節的受害者。在高頻狀態中，我們只把馴服瑣事的精力花在服務於高層目的之上，然而當運作於低頻狀態中, 我們則被瑣事馴服, 耗盡精力與熱情，最終將我們引入「惰性」與「平庸」（錯卦 16th Shadow）。

In its original hexagram form in the Chinese I Ching, the 9th Gene Key has a rather unusual and cryptic name, which is commonly translated as The Taming Power of the Small. If you are familiar with the I Ching, you might recall another hexagram, the 26th hexagram, whose name is The Taming Power of the Great. Evidently there is a strong bond within these two archetypes and their Gene Keys. We can see that genetically they are indeed part of the same chemical Codon Ring and its amino acid threonine, which we will discuss later. As is often the case with these old Chinese names, they contain many layers of truth and possibility. In the case of the 9th Shadow, the Taming Power of the Small refers to the human tendency to become submerged in unnecessary and irrelevant details. Most human beings live lives where they simply get by, lives in which they become victims of all the details around them. At the higher frequencies, you tame the small by applying your energy only to that which serves your higher purpose. At the Shadow frequency however, the details tame you, sapping your life force, robbing you of your enthusiasm (the 16th Gift and programming partner of the 9th Gene Key) and eventually pulling you into the common human state of inertia and indifference (the 16th Shadow).

Deep within the substructure of your physical body lies a set of four chemical codes whose ultimate role is to determine how your body captures, stores and transmutes light waves into energy. This chemical family (which includes the 5th, 9th, 11th and 26th Gene Keys) is collectively known as The Ring of Light and in genetics it codes for the amino acid threonine. Depending on the frequency of light you allow to enter your DNA, different biochemical processes are initiated, affected and/or prevented inside your body by means of these codes. It is already well known scientifically how the ultraviolet frequencies within sunlight catalyse your body to produce vitamin D, a vital component of your physical health. Light contains many such catalytic codes within its spectrum that determine not just physical health but also emotional, mental and ultimately spiritual well being. The central message of the Gene Keys revelation concerns the power that you as a human being wield to consciously and unconsciously raise or lower the frequency of light entering your body, thereby altering your reality through the medium of your DNA.

34「陰暗面」關乎於個人性力量，他代表了基因矩陣中的古代基因，其基楚建立於戰勝個體生存。這種原始的力量，其源頭根植於基因演化的過去史，開始於地球最早出現的植物，恐龍時代的力量便是這個genekey的原型。在人類演化史上，正是這一個genekey的生存力量使得我們從猿人走向直立人，並使我們有別於其他的哺乳動物，因為當我們的脊椎直了以後，大腦便開始發展。

The 34th Shadow concerns the notion of individual human power. It represents an ancient part of our genetic matrix that is primarily based on individual survival — the survival of the fittest. This primal power source has its roots deep within our genetic past and began when the very first plants appeared on earth. It was also strongly apparent during the reptilian phase of evolution on our planet. The reign of the dinosaurs during the Mesozoic Era is an archetype of the power lying within the 34th Gene Key. In human evolution, it was this power determined to survive that literally forced the spines of our early hominid ancestors into progressively more upright stances. This is the force that made us different from all other mammals, because the moment we were upright our brains began to develop differently.
